Article 1 — Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") govern the sales of products concluded on the voltelio.fr website between [COMPANY NAME] ("the Seller") and any non-trading natural person ("the Customer"). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 3 — Products
The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs and descriptions are not absolutely contractually binding and cannot engage the Seller's liability in the event of a minor error. Products are offered within the limits of available stock.
Article 4 — Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding any delivery costs specified before order confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in force at the time of the order.
Article 5 — Order
The Customer selects the products, validates their cart, enters their information, and then proceeds to payment. The sale is deemed concluded after order confirmation and payment collection. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the Customer.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is made online by the means offered on the Site (credit card, [OTHER MEANS]). Payments are secured by our provider. The order is processed only after payment validation.
Article 7 — Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. Article 9 — Legal Guarantees

Article 10 — Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product. Its liability is limited to the amount of the order.
