1. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

In accordance with articles L217-3 and following of the Consumer Code, we are obliged to deliver a product to you that conforms to the contract. You have a period of 2 years from the delivery of the goods to act. During this period, you only have to establish the existence of the lack of conformity and not the date of its appearance.

The legal guarantee of conformity entitles you to the repair or replacement of the goods, then, failing that, to a reduction in the price or the cancellation of the sale, under the conditions provided by law.

2. Guarantee Against Hidden Defects

In accordance with articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code, you can also act under the guarantee against hidden defects of the sold good, within a period of 2 years from the discovery of the defect. You can then choose between the cancellation of the sale or a reduction in the sale price.

3. Commercial Warranty
